With the introduction of organic agriculture at Col d’Orcia we have started to diversify our offer with a range of high-quality agricultural products, with particular attention to sustainability. On this page we hope to offer a convenient way to obtain these products for yourself.

All of our products are certified organic, the raw materials grown within the confines of the Col d’Orcia estate and processed by local, artisanal companies with traditional methods.

Wheat Pasta

Pasta produced with traditional artisanal methods with durum wheat grown on the Col d’Orcia estate.

Spelt Pasta

Pasta produced with traditional artisanal methods with spelt grain grown on the Col d’Orcia estate.

Honey

Wildflower honey, golden colored and aromatic. Produced by selected bees present on the Col d’Orcia estate which graze among the flower fields and cover crops in the vineyards.
